Q: Is there a guarantee on the footwear?

A: You have 30 days to return new/unused footwear. Close-out items are not eligible for return. If you have any questions about products, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Q: How long does it take to process a return?

A: Two to four weeks

Q: What product do you recommend for plantar fasciitis?

A: All of our footwear products offer arch support, metatarsal support and deep heel cupping. The combination of these features can aid in recovery of plantar fasciitis.

Q: Do our products come in different widths?

A: The Yumi and Kholo Sandals are available in wide widths.

Q: What are the care instructions?

A: Hand wash and air dry; for the suede and leather footwear use appropriate cleaner

Q: What size do I buy if I am a half size?

A: We recommend you go up to the next whole size if purchasing a sandal. When purchasing the Siesta Slide, you should size down.
