True to Size
I received the Fusion Vitality Cozy Clog as a gift and initially loved them. They are very comfortable, fit well, and are great for everyday wear. Unfortunately, one of the straps broke after only about a month of use.
What disappointed me most was the company's response. I contacted customer service hoping to purchase a replacement strap, but instead I was directed back to the website to buy a completely new pair of shoes. Spending $90 because a small strap failed makes no sense when a replacement part would likely cost a few bucks.
Comfort-wise, the shoes are excellent, but the lack of replacement parts and poor customer support have ensured that I won't purchase from this company. Next time, I'll buy another brand.
